Infant Massage: Calming and Soothing Techniques
This class is taught by a certified massage therapist and a perinatal educator. Infant massage provides several benefits to baby including the following:
• Helps baby sleep better
• Relieves discomfort from gas and colic
• Reduces stress
• Stimulates baby’s mood and mind
Classes are held in the South Conference room at Saint Francis Hospital.

New Mom Support Group
Gather together with Saint Francis Hospital's Family Birthplace team and other new moms for support, education, and camaraderie. There is so much to learn and talk about!
